Hi i'm Kelsay!
Raised in the mountains and forever drawn to the sea, I've found that what fills my cup most is time spent under the sunshine, moving my body, and sharing it with others.
After years as a competitive endurance athlete, burnout led me to a different kind of movement. I found Pilates Fusion, a blend of classical Pilates, strength, HIIT, and yoga—and with it, a way of moving that left me feeling stronger instead of depleted. It became the foundation that supports the other things I love most: surfing, biking, and now motherhood.
Looking back, movement has given me so much more than strength(both mental and physical). It has introduced me to some of my favorite people. A workout becomes coffee afterward. A surf session turns into dinner. Strangers become friends without anyone really noticing when it happened.
Sundae Retreats grew from wanting to create more of those moments. A few days spent moving together, sharing good food, chasing the sun, laughing often, and leaving with sandy feet, salty hair, and friendships that last long after the trip is over.
