Yes! The classes are made for anyone and everyone! There will always be modifications offered and challenges offered to meet you where you're at! The classes are pilates fusion classes which blend classical pilates, strength, HIIT and yoga.

Whether it’s your very first time on a board or your hundredth session in the waves, we’ll meet you exactly where you are and guide you through all the ins and outs of surfing. For our intermediate and advanced surfers, we’ll also seek out the best breaks to match your level and keep things exciting!

To reserve your spot, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due two months before the retreat begins, though you are always welcome to pay in full upfront if you prefer. Once you inquire, we’ll send over all payment details.

Absolutely! Many of our guests join us solo, which is part of what makes the retreat such a special place to meet new people and build meaningful connections. We also warmly welcome friends or travel partners joining together. If you are coming with someone, please select the same accommodation option and let us know that you would like to share a room when booking.

There is a 50% deposit to pay when booking. This sum is non refundable, regardless of when you cancel. You can cancel your stay up to 2 months before the start of the retreat, after this no refund will be given. If you do want to cancel, please get in touch immediately and we will do our best to help.Please make sure you have travel insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances occur that might affect your travel plans.
